Image Maps Maps, schematics, and diagrams can allow a lot of information to be communicated quickly, especially when the information is visual. The Web allows these diagrams to become interactive with the user. For instance, if a customer goes through a gallery of pictures of your facility have they really taken a tour? They would probably still get lost if physically present. However, by conveying the same information through interactive maps and virtual tours, the user gains a physical reference that helps him remember it. Maps supply the kind of information that would take too many words to describe giving your message a greater impact. A virtual tour need not work only with places, but can show a process or production, as well.
