Who eats it: The Professors
Even professors eat Krishna lunch.
Joseli, a UF professor who didn't want to give her last name, listed the reasons she eats Krishna lunch: "It's close, it's delicious, it's healthy and I like it."
Since the Plaza of the Americas is close to her office, the lunch is convenient to her schedule.
She said her least favorite day is Wednesday. Besides the long line, she just doesn't like the food; she said she doesn't understand how it's the favorite day.
Thomas, another UF professor, said while the lunch isn't close to his work, "it gets me out of my office."
He agreed with all the reasons Joseli listed. Plus, he thinks it's cool.
"It's also just a groovy institution."
