Troubleshoot and setup computer hardware, software, networks in Windows XP and Linux/Unix. Web design using Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Photoshop. Database theoretical design, queering and implementation using Access. Six years of library service desk supervisory experience. Editing, and proofreading. English and Spanish languages, with equal fluency. Tutored college students in the subjects of Spanish and computers. Provide library patrons with reference assistance, using the reference interview method. Library instruction teaching ENC 1101 and ENC 1102 students how to use electronic databases to conduct research. And serve a Library mentor to students in those classes.
