The Food Security Problems in Chad will not completely disappear by eliminating the water issues. As long as there is lack of development in Chad, the Food Shortage problem is going to take time to eliminate. (Misanet.com 2000) The country of Chad needs heavy improvements and development in many different areas. Chad needs improvements with roads, irrigation, schooling, and their economy. Unfortunately, without money, the country Chad cannot develop further. It is important that wealthier countries lend a helping hand. Countries such as America, England, and other big countries should do whatever they can to improve Chad. The United Nations can also be a big help. Once proper irrigation and machinery is brought into Chad, the Food shortage will disappear. (Misanet.com 2000)
The country of Chad is on the right path to improving their food security problems. It is important to make sure that the designed plans are put into action soon. This problem should be their top priority since it affects citizens of Chad. This country needs to eliminate this problem right away before it gets any worse.
