Decals allow area residents to park along the street in their respective zones, providing parking to those who have limited spots or want to use what they have for a significant other or friend.

The apartments are just 1 or 2 blocks from UF campus and are a right next to Sorority Row. This is a paramount location for those looking to join a sorority or have friends or roomates in sororities.
Many of the University of Florida sorority members want to live walking distance to the sorority house because their is very limited parking at the sorority houses themselves. This way, they can walk to chapter meetings and take advantage of the free meals which are typically included in their dues.

Savion Park Luxury Apartments will be available for August 2014 move-in. The contemporary-styled luxury apartment complex will be near UF campus in the Innovation Square community. This large, upscale apartment complex will offer studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedroom luxury apartments. Each unit will have a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, oversized bedrooms and elevated ceilings. Most of the apartments will have private bathrooms. Additional upgrades will vary from unit to unit, with some apartments including oversized balconies with park views, extra large living rooms, walk-in closets and other unique features.
Savion Park will be priced slightly lower than other luxury apartments near UF, allowing a unique entry point for UF students who want to live walking distance to their UF classes but can’t afford the apartments located immediately adjacent to UF Sorority Row. Young professionals working in the Innovation District will also find this as a prime location to walk to work in Innovation Square. The architect will be the same that was used for Archstone Luxury Apartments development, which won the Gainesville City Beautification Award in 2012.
