Housing and Apartments Near UF Campus

Gainesville, FL, August 9, 2016 – With an ever-increasing portfolio of commercial properties in Innovation Square and apartments near UF campus and Sorority Row, Trimark Properties carries on growing with its 4th hire of 2016. The culture in Gainesville and reputation of Trimark Properties attracted the newest hire, Laura Suarez, who will join as the new Digital Marketing & Advertising Associate.

“I couldn’t be happier where I’m at now,” said Suarez, who will specialize in the Gainesville apartments industry in a community that has developed into a top workplace in recent years. She joins a Trimark team that is a 35-time winner of the Gainesville City Beautification Award for its real estate restoration on projects like Tuscana Luxury Apartments and Solaria Luxury Apartments (2016). “To work for such a nationally-recognized company in a wholesome city like Gainesville is thrilling.”

As Trimark grows its collection of luxury apartments near UF campus and Sorority Row, Suarez will be part of a squad tasked with producing growth and satisfying tenants in those apartments. Suarez adds to Trimark’s tradition as the company continues increasing its presence in the community it started in back in 1995.

“We’re fortunate to be able to continue providing quality and service to our tenants and our community,” said Trimark Properties managing partner John Fleming. “We couldn’t do it without the culture and team we’ve built, and we’re excited to add Laura to our family.”

Suarez has honed her skills developing dynamic methods of creative advertising and digital marketing working for one of Florida’s largest PR firms. Her management of marketing efforts for some of the top luxury real estate developments in South Florida created the base for her transition to Gainesville.

A graduate of the University of Miami, with a double major in broadcast journalism and Caribbean history, Suarez is proud to be a part of the Gainesville community and Gators’ tradition. She lives with her husband, a service man in the military, and their 2 children, in real estate near UF campus and the football stadium.
