On a campus as large as the University of Florida, it can be very easy to get lost in the crowd and become complacent. A great way to help stay focused and help get you acclimated to the campus is through involvement.
There are hundreds of on-campus organizations that you can join and participate in and involvement looks great on a resume. A suggestion would be to get plugged in to a campus ministry so that you not only have a resume booster, but you are also building up your faith.
There are approximately 40 of these organizations and it may seem like too many to choose from. Several include Word UP, Campus Crusade for Christ, Chi Alpha, JesusU, and Victory UF. Here is some information about one of these awesome campus ministries:
