PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Volunteer at Hospital- Physical Therapy (August 2005-December 2006)

     Shands Children's Hospital

Responsibilities included working with a group of physical therapists at the outpatient clinic in whatever task they assigned to me. Additional activities included working one-on-one with patients assisting them with their exercises. Following the out-patient clinic, then worked with a physical therapist in the pediatric physical therapy department as well as the neonatal intensive care unit. Additional activities included working with the patients through their exercises either in their hospital bed or around the hospital.

 

Volunteer at Child Development Center (August 2004- December 2005)

Responsibilities included working with the toddlers through assisting the teachers as well as working with the infants(less than 1 year old) in feeding and other activities.

Responsibilities include watching the patrons of the Broward and Graham pools as well as taking care of the pool chemicals. In July 2007 until December 2007, responsibilities included being the supervisor of 8 on-campus lifeguards as well as maintaining the pool and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities included being a lifeguard and moving up to assistant manager and then manager.
