Service Activities of CFFA

Ag in the Classroom - Ag Literacy Day occurs every year during National Ag Week, and it is a rewarding opportunity for our members to promote agriculture within our community.

Leadership Training Center Clean-up - Once a year we go to the Florida FFA Leadership Training Center in Hanies City, Fla., to do some up-keep and repairs. Our efforts help the LTC remain in top condition, allowing organizations the opportunity to utilize the facility for years to come.

Mock Interviews - We hosts practice screenings and mock interviews for potential state officer candidates for Florida FFA. Students come to spend the day with us and go home with a lot of great advice and enthusiasm for their real screening.

FFA Leadership Workshop/T-shirt Sales - This summer several of our members traveled to the Florida State FFA Convention in Orlando, Fla. Our members participated in a number of activities included judging and timing competitions, selling t-shirts and hosting leadership workshops for the FFA members.
