Greeting! My name is Jia Niu. I am a doctoral student in M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. My research interests mainly lies in the advanced appliation BIM (Building Information Modeling) for sloving problems in construction process and construction contractual claim analysis. I am going to graduate in the summber of 2014 and seeking employment opportunities. My education, experience and skillset prepared me well for starting a construction related career and I have a great passion to utilize my expertise and capbilities for making contribution to my future employer.
