CSS
CSS, or Cascading Style Sheets, may seem altogether excessive and odd at first (especially with programs like Dreamweaver), but they can be a huge time saver when utilized properly.

CSS files eliminate many unnecessary and tedious lines of code you would normally input manually for every single desired visual effect. You are also allowed to use multiple styles in one CSS file, and you can attach one given style to your entire page(s) if you feel like it.

The more extensive your site, the bigger your CSS file may become. You are actually reducing clutter with each new style you create.
