 This Quicktime sound clip is from a radio piece I did with Cox Communications spokesman Rick Mulligan regarding the cable provider's recent carriage fee dispute with ESPN. Mr. Mulligan states that while ESPN is a premium network for subscribers, the costs being induced are anything but justified.

For the same piece I spoke with ESPN Corporate Communications spokeswoman Catherine Brett. Ms. Brett claimed that, if anything, Cox was undervaluing the network as well as using them as a scapegoat for the cable giant's own financial interests.
