  • At least one private or public health facility will sponsor a support group for low-income minority families who are breastfeeding.

Our Slogan

The slogan of Babies and Mothers Incorporated is “Impacting the Future through Breastfeeding Education.” BAM educates health professionals about the importance of promoting breastfeeding in low-income minority families through continuing education seminars. Often, health professionals attend continuing education seminars, listen to a lecture, collect their continuing education credits, return home, and promptly forget everything they heard.  BAM will attempt to impact these health professionals by involving them in their education through four workshops that include innovative activities and provide creative promotional items.  Furthermore, BAM will also illustrate the impact that breastfeeding can have on babies, mothers, families, and even communities.
