GO GATORS! This past weekend, Tennessee definitely volunteered to become Gator Bait! The 59-20 blowout really made me feel good about the season. I was worried about Tim Tebow’s passing ability and the defenses inexperience but now I see no reason why we can’t win ANOTHER National Championship.

My friends and I all had a great time at the game. My friends only complaints were about the parking, or lack there of. It’s common knowledge that if you want to park on campus for a football game, you have to show up first thing in the morning or walk for miles. The whole situation made me feel very happy that I decided to live in the Courtyards, owned by Trimark Properties. The Courtyards is right across the street from Tigert Hall! So after cooking out at my apartment we simply walked across the street and made our way to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium for the game.

Game days aren’t the only day when parking is slim around campus. Everyday finding a parking spot is a battle. All of the good parking is either taken or reserved. If you do find a parking spot, there’s a good chance you weren’t actually allowed to park there and you’ll come back to a big fat parking ticket.

Living close to campus is the best. Not only do I not have to worry about parking, but I am walking distance to classes, great restaurants and all of the night clubs! I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My internship is really starting to pick up speed now! RSS Feeds, SEO, syndication and robot crawls? I had no idea what any of that stuff meant a couple weeks ago but now my work for Trimark Properties optimizing the site for Windsor Hall Gainesville has really turned me on to some new and exciting things. Throughout the first couple weeks of my internship, I have worked with two other interns, Adnan and Scott, on making it easier on students to find great options for University of Florida housing. We have created these blogs and syndicated them with RSS feeds so that it is read quicker by google. We have even put our blog listing on our iGoogle homepage.

Recently Trimark Properties purchased a new property called Windsor Hall. It is a great choice for both undergraduate and graduate student who want to be able to walk to class. Windsor Hall Gainesville is only 2 blocks from campus! The other day, I toured Windsor Hall with two other interns and I was very impressed. I felt like I was in a five-star hotel! In my opinion, Windsor Hall is one of the best apartments in Gainesville, FL. I definately think this is a great opportunity for UF students.

This is my first blog post about Gainesville Apartments. I have recently started an internship with Trimark Properties and will be blogging about my experiences. Some of the apartments owned by Trimark Properties in Gainesville, FL are Windsor Hall, The Courtyards, Ivy House, Arbor Lofts and Stratford Court. Trimark Properties offers some of the best student housing options for University of Florida students in Gainesville.
