I was born in Orlando, FL but grew up on a little farm in Ocala. I attended college in Gainesville, FL (Go Gators!) graduated in May 2003. I'm currently working on my PhD in Veterinary Medicine (specializing in Respiratory Physiology). I am really close to my sweet and supportive little brother (he's also incredibly handsome :)), and my little sister is also wonderful! When I'm not doing school related stuff, I like to spend time with Fritz and my family and friends. I'm incredibly lucky to have some *amazing* friends and family who are always there for me, and are considerate enough to listen to me obsess about meeting the man of my dreams!
Fritz was born in Danville, Illinois but grew up on a farm in West Lebanon, Indiana. His family relocated to Middletown, Delaware when he was in middle school. He joined the Coast Guard in September 2000, and re-stationed in Florida in 2002. He currently attends St. Leo's University part time until he finishes with the Coast Guard next year. He is very lucky to have an incredibly supportive and loving family. (I'm happy to have them as my future in-laws!) His older sister, Kristin, just had a baby boy (Wyatt) this past November! His little brother, Zach, is a lacrosse star :) and will be graduating in June.
We met through mutual friends one night out and about in Gainesville (Thank you Crystal!!). We sat on my girlfriend's porch and talked until 6am that morning. Two days later, we went on our first date! From then on, it was football games, parties, dinners, get- togethers, and having a lot of fun in general. After all the fun, we realized something very serious was happening between us. We went to Delaware and New York City over Christmastime to visit family. While making the 15 hour drive each way, we discussed future plans, weddings, children, and building our lives together.
