Optimal Technique

As for the MDI, operate a DPI by the following steps for better performance:

1. Assemble the apparatus
2. Load dose (one capsule for the single dose DPI)
3. Exhale slowly to functional residual capacity
4. Seal lips around the mouthpiece
5. Inhale deeply and forcefully (> 40 L/min). Unlike the MDI, a breathhold is not necessary for the DPI
6. Repeat the process until the dosage is completed
