Aerosol Cloud Enhancer

The Aerosol Cloud Enhancer (ACE) is also a holding chamber.  When the actuator is pressed, the aerosol enters the chamber and stays there until it is drawn to the reverse direction by inhalation.  A one-way valve blocks the chamber during exhalation to prevent the aerosol being blown away.
