Three
Year Career Plan
I am just entering my senior year at the University of Florida and
in the fall I will be finishing up my classes and in the spring I will
begin my internship. I am
interested in either interning at a hospital or on campus in our health
promotion program. After I
graduate I am going to be working at Baptist hospital in Jacksonville,
Florida in labor and delivery and hopefully living at the beach.
During that time I will either be starting nursing school or taking
classes to prepare for Physician Assistant school.
If I decide to go to Physician Assistant school, after that year of
taking classes, I will be applying to several PA programs. I am interested
in going for dermatology. Then
the next two years will be going back to school to become a Physician
Assistant. However, if I have
decided to begin nursing school, after that year I will be close to
finishing and looking into what exact area of nursing I want my career to
be.
