The Morning Run
We just got back from a bracing morning run around the Wal*Mart Supercenter Plaza. After a swift three laps, Mark decided to call it quits. I didn't even have to carry him until we got near the hotel. This followed by a tasty continental breakfast, courtesy of the Sallisaw Microtel, and we're ready to hit the road.
