The adventures of Sundrop, the wayward suitcase

Truly living on the edge, I came back from Missouri yesterday afternoon, right before the big U-haul pack-up. Unfortunately, Sundrop (my new suitcase) failed to make it back with me on my non-stop flight. I'm cutting my losses and moving to California, despite my toiletryless state. After five phone calls to American Airlines and explicit instructions to forward my bag to CA, however, my bag just now arrived (!) in Gainesville.

After a combined 58 minutes on the phone as we drove through rural Alabama, we started to seriously wonder: Who would make it Berkeley first? Me and Mark or Sundrop?
