My Internship
My internship in Gainesville, Florida at Trimark Properties is a great learning experience. I have gained knowledge on marketing, advertising and Gainesville apartments. Though it is a lot of hard work I enjoy doing it, and I know it will pay off in the end. I'm so thankful to have this internship!
My day to day tasks at Trimark center around marketing our apartments in Gainesville. I usually start my day by checking any emails. I answer the ones from my boss first and then from clients. My emails to residents are usually to inform them on the many benefits of leasing with Trimark Properties (there are several). When I'm not working on emails I am usually posting ads or working on marketing.
Trimark has the most properties in Gainesville. They control luxury apartments and historic houses. All of them are gorgeous! My favorite apartment in Gainesville is Ashton Lane. It is top of the line. It has crown molding, a huge living room, luxury bathrooms, and black appliances in the kitchen to give it a sleek look. I also really like Trimark's newest property Sabal Palms. Sabal Palms is even more luxurious than Ashton Lane! It is brand new for 2009 and I can not wait. These apartments are definitely a foot above college living. All of them are so nice, much better than sharing a room and bathroom in UF dorms. Gross. Hopefully next year I can be lucky enough to live in one of the luxury apartments. Maybe if I get really lucky I can live in one of the historic houses. Those are so charming!
