How to Mod Podge Paper to a Picture Frame

If you have more than one layer of Mod Podge or more than one layer of paper, allow 15 minutes per time you use the Mod Podge.
Materials:
- Scrapbooking Paper
- Mod Podge
- Wooden Picture Frame (Usually $1 at any craftstore)
- Paintbrush, medium thickness
- Scissors
- Pen or Pencil
- Any extra embellishments
