This outdoor form of advertising would "wrap" subway cars (similar to the way that buses are wrapped) with Goldfish chasing after a pretzel. Each car would be wrapped with a different frame so that as the subway goes by, it appears that the Goldfish are animated like a film reel or a flip book. The average subway has 10 cars, so that is how many frames the above animation has also. These would be metro subway cars in urban cities that have subways, such as New York City.
