  • B. Eggs Yolk: 4
  • C. Sugar: 50g
  • D. Corn Starch: 3t (about 25g)
  • E. Rum: splash
  • F. Milk: 300g

Follow up procedures

(1) In order to make your vanilla puff taste better, mix it with cream. First, pour the liquid whipping cream into a container. Mix it with sugar. (You can find a precise steps in the Banana Berries Crepe video).

(2) Mix the ingredients with a mixer or blending machine until the texture becomes creamy. ( You should add the sugar separately )

(3) Mix the cream with the custard and any flavor you prefer, such as chocolate. ( If you prefer vanilla, just simply mix the cream and the custard)

(4) Put all of your mixture (from step 3) in a piping bag. (If you would like to know more about the use of piping bags and piping tips, please visit the first soundslide, Dough of the puff) Using long piping tip, and squeeze the mixture from the bottom of the puff pastry.

(5) Don't forget to spread some powdered sugar on top of the puff by using the strainer.
