This activity has been
prepared by using MOSAICOS. Spanish as a World Language,
Third
Edition, as the textbook of the class, Considering that not
everybody works with this book, We wil mention the communicative skills
students should be prepared on before they have each chat session. It
is important to clarify that the grammar and vocabulary points to be
used in the chat are implied in the following staments.
Chat meeting 1
.
At
this time in the semester the students should know how to:
- Introduce
themselves and others.
- use expression
of courtesy.
- Locate people
and objects.
Chat meeting 2 and 3.
For
this second and third chat sessions they should be able to:
- ask about and
describe persons,animals, places and things.
- express
nationality and place of origin.
- expressing when
and where events take place.
- express likes
and dislikes.
- ask for and
provide information.
- talk about daily activities.
- ask about and express location.
Chat meeting 4.
For
this fourth chat session they need to:
- express and
describe physical activities.
- ask
and answer questions about weather conditions.
- talking about past events.
- express
how long ago events and states occurred.
- express satisfaction and dissatifaction.
- make
suggestions and future plans.
- describe routine activities.
- express
when, where or how an action is done.
- describe
phisical and emotional states.
