a little bit about me
Yes, that's actually me on my first birthday with my first cupcake ever. My name is Bianca Alberty and I'm studying Telecommunications at the University of Florida. I know, my major has nothing to do with baked treats, but cupcakes have become a passion of mine. I bake in my spare time and cupcakes have become a specialty. I even put brownie mix into mini cupcake tins (which by the way you should try, it tastes way better.) I'll share my own philosophy on cupcakes with you. I think they are the hardest desserts to make. Think about it! A cupcake usually last about 3 bites. That's only three chances to really impress somebody, three chances to prove you can really bake. I want to make sure that you enjoy those bites! This is something I really care about so hopefully you trust me enough to guide you.
