Tip #1: Location is Key!

I always start my search in the location where I want to be (in this case, near the campus). Yes, there are probably more affordable options the further you go from campus, but that also means relying on public transportation. There are pros & cons to every situation, but in the end, you will enjoy those extra 15 minutes of sleep. The first place to start your search would be at these apartments in gainesville, fl. Offering more than 25+ complexes, historic houses, & 2 luxury dorms, these apartments are a hit with students. Although I have not personally lived there, my friends are always ranting about the amazing 24/7 maintenance staff, luxurious amenities & a range of floorplan options.

Have you heard about their newest complex, Savion Park? Savion Park is currently under construction, to be completed for Fall 2014. These Central Park inspired apartments will be a first for the Gainesville community. Situated near a small pond & jogging path, select apartments will feature floor to ceiling windows & huge porches/balconies great for hanging. This is only one of many options to choose from, so don't hesitate and visit the website to see what everyone is talking about.

Apartments come in many different sizes, shapes, styles, etc. Many apartment complexes specialize in "themed" apartments, offering a unique living situation to UF students. What Gainesville lacks, apartments make up for in themed complexes. Apartments make it easier to create that home away from home.
