Hello, my name is Alex & I am currently a student at the University of Florida. I am studying Marketing, but my passion is web design & real estate. I was raised in a family that lived & breathed real estate from architectural design to selling/buying. I guess you can say it runs in my blood. My blog & ideas are not affiliated with UF, only my experiences. I have lived in Gainesville for 4 years, and am very familiar to the struggles students have when making housing decisions.
