Steve young, 27, from Houston, Tex. paces up and down NW 13th Street at the University Avenue intersection. He moved to Maine to do some roofing but in an effort to get out of the cold he came down to Tampa for the winter. Young only expected to be in Gainesville for 3-4 days.
