While the selection at R.U. Game? is a bit more limited compared to the big names, you won't find their unique offering of old-school titles anywhere else. They also have an awesome VIP program. For a one-time fee of $15, you get 10% off pre-played video games, DVDs and accessories for life plus access to exclusive cardholder only specials. Not too shabby if you ask me! Local stores in general will run way more specials than corporate giants, so it's a good idea to find the closest one near you.
