Case Study #6: The Angry Parent

This case study was offered by Bunki Kramer, a middle school art teacher from California.

Mrs. Elliot comes into the classroom at the end of the semester upset because her son, Johnny, made a D in Mrs. Kramer's class when all of his projects added up to a B. According to Mrs. Elliot, all of the points taken off his grade were due to unexcused tardies to class and this is not fair. If you were Mrs. Kramer, what would you say to this parent?

Find out how Mrs. Kramer deals with this type of situation.
