Throughout my life I have been greatly touched by the spiritual,
intellectual and social teachings of the Baha'i Faith. It has
molded me more than anything else. However, I must give a great
deal of credit to my parents who have been excellent role models
and friends to me over the years. Together my family and I have
had unforgettable adventures traveling the world. These travels
to places like Ireland, Honduras, Kenya and Israel have impacted
me more than I can explain here. Africa, in particular had an
overwhelming impact on my artistic persuits. But even before
I began to paint I had a desire to speak through my art and
spread positive messages. I believed, when I was as young as
14, that I should become a Graphic Designer in order to positively
influence society through designs that could potentially reach
the masses. Hopefully this is only the beginning to a life full
of artistic explorations.
