Ladina A. Badraun

I was born in Samedan, a very small town in the Swiss Alps. I grew up snow skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding, hiking and biking. Spending time with family has always been important to me and was taught to me at a very young age. I got to travel as a young girl all over Europe and then to the United States by RV.
When I was 10 I moved to Florida with my younger sister and my parents. I started out in summer school to learn English. Growing up I learned how to play the piano and I got to take tennis lessons. Later on, when I was a little bit older I took up wakeboarding. I enjoy spending time outdoors, in and around the water, the beach, exercising and playing all sorts of sports.

I graduated from Dunedin High School as Valedictorian. I was the captain of the Tennis team for 3 years and voted Most Valuable Player all 4 years. I went on to the University of Florida to study architecture. I graduate Cum Laude with my Bachelors in Design. I recently graduated from the University of South Florida with my Masters in Architecture. During the week I work for a local architect in Tampa. I work on a variety of projects including churches, shopping center, brewery, dental office and other building types. I work at a wakeboarding cable park and as a lifeguard at Adventure Island on the weekends.
