Ferrarobot is a high speed line, following robot with a car-like design that simulates drag racing. This robot is fairly simple from an electrical standpoint. The electronics consist mainly of obstacle avoidance and line following sensors and a mavric IIb board. Ferrarobot features car like mechanical systems that improve performance. These include a rack and pinion steering column and a rear differential that allows a single motor to drive both rear wheels.
