I grew up in Miami, Fla., am of Greek and Albanian descent, and I'm fluent in Spanish.
I love to cook, travel and spend time with my family and friends. I spent this past summer working at the Miami Herald as a Neighbors intern and on the copy desk, and I'm currently the Independent Florida Alligator's online managing editor.
I'm also the director of external affairs for the Journalism and Communications Ambassadors, an organization that represents the college at events, gives tours, proctors exams and runs a tutoring lab. I've been published in the Miami Herald, The Gainesville Sun, The Ocala Star-Banner, Our Town Magazine, the Alligator and INsite Magazine. This is my first website.
