Case Management
The purpose of Case Management is to provide patients with access to medical, social and legal services, as well as the public benefits systems. The Ryan White Care Act has made Case Management services available throughout the State of Florida. Case management is the coordination and management of medical and social services and is a process in which a person with multiple service needs has those needs addressed through a coordinated process. If you do not already have a Case Manager, you will be assigned to one of our Case Management specialists.
