Roasting maniac

I successfully made my first roast today. I picked up a beef top roast from Publix today and followed some simple instructions I saw on food network... the outcome?

Stupendous, rave reviews all around.

Jae, a good spicy roast recipe goes as follows:
Take any piece of roast you would like, and sear it in a pan in some olive oil. It should take a few minutes on each side, or until it is nice a crispy. Next take 2 12oz bottles of Pepperocinis, small green Italian pepers, and pour the contents into a baking dish. Place the beef in the liquid and cook at 250 for 6-8 hours depending on the size, the bigger the longer and vice versa. This is very good and very easy.

I'll def. try that out. I was suprised at how well searing the sides helped keep all the juices in.
