If you are a serios Christmas fan, keeper of the traditions but a copyright law offender, check out the lower section of this page for some Swedish Christmas carols. The one below is a mock Christmas carol/pop song which was popular some years ago in Sweden.

Jag är en lugn person (I am a calm person) med takt och ton (who knows how to behave) måttfull och balanserad. (decent and balnced) Jag är tyst och still (I am quiet and still) / och det ska mycket till (and it takes much) innan jag blir exalterad. These Christmas carols were stolen fron the old song book "Sjung svenska folk!" ("Sing, people of Sweden!") from 1956. (No, Sweden is not (yet) a Communist dictatorship, but that is the name of the song book.) The songs were published under the influence of the Christmas spirit and an eager to educate the world.
