Hannah Colson is a third-year student at University of Florida studying public relations with a minor in business administration. Hannah has a passion for the media business and enjoys writing on a variety of topics. In the past, she has written college health articles for the Student Body Magazine as well as UF-based news articles for her reporting class.
This past summer, Hannah interned at The Buzz Agency, a public relations, social media and event management firm in Delray Beach, Florida. This was her first time exposed to the outside world of communications, and she absolutely loved it. Hannah currently works as search engine marketing intern for Trimark Properties, a real-estate company in Gainesville, Florida. She is also in training to be the next Campus Correspondent for Her Campus UFL, the number one online magazine for college women.
Born and raised in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Hannah enjoys spending her free time reading, binge watching Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix or aimlessly scrolling through every social media platform. Planning to graduate in May 2017, Hannah hopes to use her degree in public relations to work in corporate communications and external affairs.
