For University of Florida students, deciding between Gainesville apartments can be overwhelming, especially for the first-time renter. Solaria offers floorplans ranging from studios to townhouses to 4 bedroom apartments, with each unit featuring fully equipped gourmet kitchens with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and brand-new appliances. Apartments boast master suite bedrooms with attached luxury bathrooms and large closets, and select floorplans offer unique designer amenities such as custom bookcases with glass shelving, decorative art nooks, and curios for extra storage. Select units offer double extra-large porches and balconies with swings, and even multiple balconies within one apartment. Spanish Eclectic accents in the spacious community courtyard, such as a brightly-colored, tiled Spanish fountain and outdoor fireplace, make Solaria the perfect place for students to host gatherings and hang out with friends.
Students who have lived at Solaria state they loved it due to its close proximity to both campus and Sorority Row. Students received the luxury of sleeping in late and walking to class, as well as being able to make it to their sorority house quickly for daily dinners.

The perfect apartment for any UF sorority girl, The Estates at Sorority Row Luxury Apartments is truly the epitome of a luxury Gainesville apartment. Located only 10 feet from UF's Sorority Row and a one minute walking distance to campus, The Estates at Sorority Row Apartments is the go-to favorite complex for UF sorority girls. All floorplans in The Estates, which range from studios to 3-bedroom townhouses, ooze luxury with their gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry and built-in wine racks. Each bedroom is a master, complete with oversized closets and attached private luxury bathrooms with full-sized tubs. Large living rooms include art niches in the entryway, built-in bookshelves and elevated ceilings for an extra spacious area. The three-bedroom townhouse layout even features an open-air living room floorplan that is two stories high! Select units additionally feature private balconies with modern porch swings.
Students who have lived at The Estates at Sorority Row claim they love the spacious atmosphere, large bay windows which allow for abundant natural light, and the convenience of the bus stop which takes students to campus right outside the complex. Resident Alyssa says, "The fact that I just signed a lease [at The Estates] for the third year in a row is a testament to how great my apartment is."

The ornate exterior architectural details, including custom stonework and clay roof tiles, channel the historic charm of the peaceful Italian countryside. Residents enjoy a lush formal lawn with adirondak chairs, as well as a courtyard with a firepit, perfect for relaxing after class and on the weekends with friends. Offering floorplans from studios to 5 bedrooms, each apartment includes gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, spacious living rooms, master suite bedrooms, and luxury bathrooms. Select units even have private porches with swings, electric wine chillers, balconies overlooking the trickling natural creek, and views of the hand-crafted fountains.
The inside, which features elevated 9' ceilings throughout, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and custom wood cabinetry, luxury bathrooms with tile and vanity cabinets and designer lighting in the rooms, complete the apartment's luxury atmosphere.

Providing residents with a view overlooking a pond with a fountain surrounded by a lighted jogging path and lush, green forestry, this is the perfect apartment for those who want to live in a peaceful setting, yet still close enough to where they can quickly walk to campus and Sorority Row. Savion Park Luxury Apartment's exterior neon color schemes and prominent balconies immediately catch the eye. With floor-to-ceiling windows in many units, gourmet kitchens with sleek black and stainless steel appliances, private balconies, and luxury bathrooms with full-sized tubs, Savion Park is the perfect blend of contemporary luxury and convenience. Emily, a current tenant, claims Savion Park "is the best apartment" she's lived in.
