3 Bedroom Luxury Gainesville Apartments
Lately, a lot of my friends have been asking me about 3 bedroom apartments, particularly luxury apartments, and how to find the best deals on them. Most of them are looking to rent an apartment for a year or so, and they have 2 friends in mind and want to find something that is really nice for a low monthly rental rate. It's easy to find two friends who go to UF who you want to live with, and by splitting the bills (like electric, cable, Ethernet) with two other roommates, each person saves a lot of money. Because they are saving money by splitting the cost with roommates, they can afford to get a nicer apartment than they'd be able to find by living alone or with just one roommie.
There are a couple different apartment complexes near UF that offer luxury amenities and 3 bedroom floorplans. I've been telling everyone to think about what's most important to them-- do they need to have their own bathroom, or can they get by sharing a bathroom? Because it's a lot less expensive to get a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom than it is to get a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom apartment near campus. Either way, there are a few good options:

Camden Court - Luxury Gainesville Apartments:
Camden Court is located 1 block from the UF campus off of 13th Street. These apartments definately offer the best deal, the best location, and the best amenities. There are three different floorplans to choose from, and you can choose to have your own private bathroom or a shared bathroom. There's a gourmet kitchen, an oversized living room. Some of the apartments feature oversized walk-up porches with modern swings. I love these.* Cheapest rental rate

* VERY luxurious (love the kitchens)
Nicest 3 Bedroom Near UF
Ashton Lane:
Ashton Lane was just finished being built, and it's just 2 blocks from campus. I was floored when I saw the kitchens-- granite countertops, real wood cabinetry, porcelain tile. This isn't like other "student apartments" in the area-- this feels like something in New York or Chicago-- very upscale. The three bedroom floorplan is HUGE, and there's an art nook in the living room. I love it. * Nicest amenities: granite countertops, gourmet kitchen

Overall, I am really impressed by the luxury Gainesville apartments offered by Trimark near UF and the pricing for a 3 bedroom apartment. There are a couple other complexes worth mentioning-- Royale Palms offers the best pricing for people who want their own private bathrooms. And there's a couple new apartment complexes being built now for next year. One is called Sabal Palms and the other is called Stratford Court (it's a new phase of a pre-existing apartment complex). For people looking for luxury condos near UF, these are all really great options.
