After I graduate,  I am planning to do one of two things.  First, I may decide to become certified as a CNA. I would then work at Wellington Regional Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida in order to get my 2,000 hours of experience needed for my Physician's Assistant program.  My alternate plan would be to try to work back home with a doctor that specializes in Infectious Diseases who works for the Center for Disease Control.  I have not yet decided which route I will take.  Throughout this time, I will also be continuing my education in order to apply for Physician's Assistant program.  I plan to enroll at Florida Atlantic University and take two chemistry classes to fulfill my prerequisites for P.A. school.  Around November, I will be applying to Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as well as to the University of Florida.  I have not decided if I will be applying to any out of state schools.  After I am accepted to a Physician's Assistant Program, it will be completed after two years.
