        Zhejiang University is situated on Qiantang River in Hangzhou, where six ancient Chinese dynasties established their capitals. Now, Hangzhou is the capital city of Zhejiang Province of China. It is located in the south of the Yangtze Delta and at the southern end of the Great Cannl between Beijing and Hangzhou. The West Lake lies beside the city of Hangzhou and is one of the most famous scenes in China, where ancient gardens are accompanied by water and hills. The scenes of the West Lake may change with the times of a day, the seasons of year, and even different weathers, either cloudy, sunny, rainy, snowy or foggy, and combine the natural beauties, historical richness and cultural brilliance.
