Innovation Square

One of the largest hurdles that Gainesville is going to face when revitalizing into a technology hub is a lack of a proper real estate foundation. Property companies like Trimark Properties have recognized this issue, and are working to solve the problems.

One of the benefits to the technology center is its location to the University of Florida. This puts these companies in the ideal location to use the resources that are provided by such a large and prominent public university.

Innovation Square will offer an abundance of businesses and resources to get a company off the ground. Operating as a "super incubator," Innovation Square will have Venture Capitalists, Patent Attorneys and Accountants with offices, creating an ideal "one-stop-shop" for getting a business off the ground floor.

The Infusion Technology Center

The Infusion Technology Center is not associated with the University of Florida, so technology that is developed within the building is not subject in any way to partnership with the University of Florida. Many entrepreneurs will find this to be a positive, as they are not interested in losing any unnecessary equity.
