Abstract |
These days, it is
not uncommon to be into the exercise-hype that has recently swept the nation.
And to make exercising more available to those individuals who do not like to
go to the gym, due to overcrowding and feelings of lacking self-confidence,
or whatever other reason, this exercise video can be used in the privacy of a
home. This intermediate-level, mixed-impact, basic choreographic
workout emphasizes speed, endurance and coordination. It includes a
well-structured mix of both classic cardio and challenging kickboxing combos.
The instructor is very supportive, and motivational, yet very “boot
camp-like” in nature. And, the perfectly structured workout starts with a
two-minute warm up, thirty-one minute workout, and a 3-minute cool down. This
workout is not available in stores and can be ordered most quickly from www.collagevideo.com for $14.95 for
the single VHS video or $69.95 for the seven-workout series on aerobics and
toning in DVD.

video is definitely makes exercising more available to those
individuals who do not like to go to the gym, due to overcrowding and
feelings of lacking self-confidence, or whatever other reason. Life. Even though the exercises
may remain the same, this video will only last as long as those people using
the video feel comfortable and can relate to those people in the video. While it may seem like a minor detail,
persons purchasing this video will pay close attention to how the people look
in the video and the clothes they wear.
If they focus too much on their clothes, it will lead them not to use
the video efficiently. Price. It seems that people will
pay anything for exercising videos that promise quick results. Availability. This
item is usually in-stock, and will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Depth. The actual purchased video
claims to complete an effective workout in 37 minutes, however, it cannot be
determined by the 1 minute preview clip. |
