My field of expertise is Algebraic Topology.
The past few years I am interested more in
Geometric Group Theory, Abstract Algebra and a
bit of Abstract Topology.
The fundamental book in algebraic topology is
the book "Algebraic topology" by Alen Hatcher. An
online version of the book (free downloadablee)
can be found here.
Recently my work is based on Asymptotic
Dimension. I have (somewhat) mastered the basics
and I was fortunate enough to prove some results
and write some papers on the matter. The paper
Asymptotic Dimension On Finitely Presented Groups
was accepted in Proceedings of
American Mathematical Society.
The best guide to latex in Greek can be found
here.
It is due to Nikos Blaxos and Stella Kapodistria
two of the best graduate students in the Math
Depratment Of University Of Athens.
Bellow there is a list of some of my papers,
articles and generally my work (all preprints and
maybe in Greek)
This semester I am STILL working on
Assouad-Nagata Dimension. It is a special case of
asymptotic dimension. The problem is that NOT all
properties are carried over immediately. This is
what I am doing at the moment.
