My research interests are varied but centered around the topics of tectonics and the origin and evolution of continental crust. Past research has ranged from igneous petrology (undergraduate) to structure, metamorphic petrology, and geochronology (M.S.). I am currently working on Precambrian tectonics with focus on the evolution of the southwest Laurentian margin. I use a combination of geochronological, thermochronological, isotopic, and geochemical data to constrain the tectonic history of continental assembly and orogenic systems.
