Things have been so busy at work that I've been unable to post about it all. I'll post something more in details soon, but the latest news is that we've purchased Oak Lawn Gainesville Apartments, a historic apartment complex just 2 blocks from UF campus (near the Fine Arts school). We've added a small webpage with photos of the apartments on our main Gainesville Housing website. All of the apartments at Oaks Lawn are 2 bedrooms with hardwood floors in the oversized living rooms. The big picture windows overlook the central courtyards in 2 back buildings. Currently, the complex has a mix of UF undergrads and graduate students. It seems like a great fit for us-- very similar to Union Street, but more modern and in a popular 2-bedroom layout.
