Matt Short

I am currently a graduate student at the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida. Upon graduation, I will join the Deliotte Audit team in Jacksonville, Florida. It is my goal to provide the highest degree of professionalism with a personal touch.

Background

Originally from Lake City, Florida, I have lived in Gainesville for the past three years while studying accounting. I am currently enlisted in the United States Marine Corp Reserve where I serve as a supply administration clerk. I was activated in January 2002 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. However, I am currently back on reserve status and attending college full time.

Interests

I am an extremely active and athletic individual. I enjoy soccer, football, basketball, and working out. It is my desire to reach the pinnacle of athletic performance, while maintaning a healthy work/life balance.
