Weekly Report 8

 

            Over the last two weeks, I got my platform cut out and I constructed  motor mount brackets and mounted the drive motors and putting motor to the platform.  I obtained some lawnmower wheels from Lowes and was able to mount them to my motor shaft hubs.  I constructed the putting arm and mounted it to the platform as well.  I started drawing up the schematic for the electronics so that I can put the board together starting with the motor drive system and bump switch and sonar interface.  I ordered and received a power switch, some bump switches, regulators, and other various components, so I should have everything I need now for the robot.
